EXTREMITY ADJUSTING

Extremity adjusting is a Chiropractic technique that involves manipulating the joints in the extremities (wrists, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles, feet, jaw, fingers, and toes )

to improve their function and range of motion.

How it works:

  • A chiropractor applies precise pressure to the joint to restore its proper alignment 

  • The adjustment can involve stretching, massage, or controlled force 

  • The goal is to restore the joint's smooth movement and help the body function better as a whole 

 

It can help with:

  • Pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness in the extremities

  • Joint dysfunction or misalignment

  • Reduced range of motion

  • Inflammation associated with tendonitis
