ON YOUR FIRST VISIT:

nutritional recommendations and/or lab testing recommendations (extra cost)

expect to be with the doctor for 60-90 minutes
ON EVERY VISIT:

efficient (10-15 minute) and effective visits – because your time is important

PAYMENT:
We accept Cash, Credit Card and Personal Checks.
*Patients will be charged for missed appointments.
PLEASE reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, if necessary.
INSURANCE:
We are NOT contracted with any insurance companies, including Medicare, and will NOT submit nor give you a specific receipt to submit for insurance reimbursement. You MAY use your HSA or FSA card at our office. This helps to keep our fees low and care accessible to everyone.
